Application Check List

The application and all supporting documents must be postmarked on or before June 1, 2024.

Incomplete and late application packets will not be considered.

Please ensure your application packet includes the following: 

• Typed application

• Typed 500-word essay addressing the 2024 prompt 

        What do you think the biggest challenges are for your generation and what have you done or plan to do to change and overcome them?

• Official high school transcript

         The transcript should be sealed and embossed with school’s seal and should include ACT/SAT test scores.

• Resumé 

         The resumé should highlight educational background, work/volunteer history, extracurricular activities, honors, skills, etc.

• Two typed letters of recommendation

        Each letter must be placed in an envelope, sealed, and signed by the recommender.  The recommenders may be principals, teachers, counselors, mentors, or community or          religious leaders. You may not use family members as recommenders. 

• School Counselor’s Evaluation Form
